One Saturday. Hands-on. You build your real YouTube ad campaign in the room — targeting, creative, budget — and it's up and running before you leave. Not a seminar. A working session.
“I came in selling solar door-to-door, buying leads, showing up last. Now I am running ads and seeing what has been hiding in plain sight.”
Thirty-five local business owners spent August 1 with me at the Four Points in Norwood — roofers, contractors, attorneys, agents, a couple of restaurant owners. We didn't sit through slides about marketing. Everybody opened their own account, built their own audience, wrote their own first thirty seconds, and set their own budget. That's what the day is. You leave with a campaign, not a plan.
The thing that surprises people every time: how small the money is. Nobody in that room needed a production crew or a five-figure budget. They needed to say one true thing to the right people and pay $20 a day to be seen saying it.
Norwood is done — and so is Las Vegas.
Same format as Norwood and the same standard: everybody opened their own Google Ads account, wrote their own first thirty seconds, built their own audience out of keyword behavior and in-market signals, set their own budget, and pushed the campaign live before we shut the laptops. Nobody left with a plan to do it later.
Two cities in, the same thing keeps surprising people: how small the money is. You don't need a production crew or a five-figure budget to be the one a customer sees. You need to say one true thing to the right people and pay $20 a day to be seen saying it.
Santa Barbara on September 19 is the last stop of 2026. The 2027 cities are being picked now — reserve and tell me yours.
Every stop is capped — this is hands-on, and I work with each business in the room. Santa Barbara is the last room of 2026; when it's full, it's full. More cities are being added for 2027.
More cities being added — don't see yours? Reserve and tell me where you are.
Who this is for: business owners who invest in their growth — the people who run ads, DIY their marketing, show up at BNI and Toastmasters. If you've ever paid for a billboard, a radio spot, or a home-show booth, this day will change your math.
What to bring: a laptop if you want to take action in the room (recommended). Google Ads account set up ahead of time is preferred but not required.
Already know your city and want it locked now? Pay for the seat and skip the back-and-forth — I’ll email you to confirm which stop.
